Student and teacher Recitals

ABOUT STUDENT AND TEACHER RECITALS

CAMTA members are encouraged to participate in the student and teacher recital. These recitals provide excellent motivation for our students and for us to practice and set goals. They are non-competitive and open to the public.

Student and Teacher Recitals

A teacher may submit up to three students. Students should be well-prepared for these recitals.

  • Pieces need to be polished for secure performance

  • Solo pieces need to be memorized

  • Duets are encouraged; scores may be used for duets

  • Although these are primarily piano recitals, all instruments are welcome

  • Proper stage presence and attire are required

  • In order to encourage teacher participation, we will accept pre-recorded teacher performances

  • The link will be e-mailed after receiving all necessary information from participating teachers one week before the Winter Recital
